What needed attention.
The client needed a self-hosted email environment with correct DNS, authentication and a maintainable storage layout.
THE IMPLEMENTATION
What I worked on.
- Deployed Docker-based Mailcow and configured HTTPS/TLS.
- Configured A, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, reverse DNS alignment and automatic mail-client discovery.
- Integrated SOGo single sign-on and documented the storage layout for future expansion.
THE HANDOVER
What was delivered.
A configured email environment with authentication and client setup covered, plus documentation for handover and storage planning.
