Information you choose to send

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and project description. Budget and timeline are optional. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Please do not include passwords, access keys, payment details or other sensitive information.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare provides website proxying and Turnstile bot protection. Turnstile may process browser and network information to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. The website is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. When email notifications are enabled, Oracle Email Delivery processes the notification. These providers may process data in other countries under their own privacy terms.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in a private database on the server. Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 90 days, including backups. Correspondence that becomes part of a client engagement may be retained separately for that engagement and applicable record-keeping requirements. Server access logs are retained for up to 14 days. The form uses a short-lived security token and a one-way hash of the connecting IP address for temporary rate limiting.

Your choices

You can use email or LinkedIn instead of the form. You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry by contacting the address above. Information is not sold or used for a mailing list.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not add advertising or behavioural analytics. Security services may use technical storage or cookies as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn and Fiverr open third-party websites governed by their own policies.
